RESERVATION AND
CANCELLATION POLICY
Ecuador
To
confirm a reservation a $100 deposit is required. A second payment of
$200 is due 60 days prior to departure. Final payment is due 45 days prior to trip
departure. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to trip date will be
charged $50. Cancellations 59-46 days prior to trip will be $100 & 46
-31 days prior to trip will be charged $200 and cancellations less than
31 days prior to trip will have no refund unless a replacement is
found. Name change fee on tickets is $150.
GALAPAGOS EXTENSION
To
confirm a reservation a $450 deposit is required. Final payment is due
60 days prior to departure. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to
trip date will be charged $100.00. Cancellations 59-40 days prior to
departure will be charged $200.00 and cancellations less than 39 days
days prior to trip will have no refund unless a replacement is found.
Name change fee on ticket is $100.00.
There is a
$15.00 charge for all returned checks. We recommend trip cancellation
insurance.
